Orders

We may cancel an order in the event of a stock shortage for the ordered products. We will then refund any amount paid and inform you of the existence of equivalent products if they are available.
Ordered products remain our property until we have received full payment for their sale.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data you provide to us. You are responsible for all purchases made.
Prices and delivery costs
The prices displayed on www.vegaswhite.com are indicated in euros. Statutory VAT is included (however, depending on your country of residence, VAT may not apply to your purchase). Any change in the statutory VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products presented on the site, on the date stipulated by the implementing decree. Full payment must be made when ordering. These prices do not include delivery costs, which are billed additionally and indicated before the final validation of the order.
Delivery costs differ according to the type and quantity of products purchased. Several delivery methods are offered, their cost is clearly indicated during the payment process.

Order validation/conclusion of the contract

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email (to the email address you previously provided). If an event prevents us from processing your order, you will be directly informed.

VEGASWHITE reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.
